Questions
- What do you need from us?
- Your floor plans, as PDFs or drawings, and your website address. If rooms are numbered on the plans, we use those numbers.
- How do guests get their link?
- Your hotel has a link, and so does every room. Your team adds one to the message you already send: the hotel’s at any time, or a room’s once it is allocated.
- Does it connect to our PMS?
- Not today. Each link is a plain web address, so it works with any system that can send a message.
- What if our rooms or branding change?
- Tell us. Updates to rooms, floors and branding are part of the monthly fee.
- Do guests need an app or an account?
- No. The link opens in the browser on their phone.
